We offer economic pricing on all our packages as well as the ease of booking your tours online. The prices mentioned on the website are per person basis. It does not include passport or visa fee, accommodation charges, tips given to tour guides or drivers, laundry and room services. Moreover, the rates published here could be changed in case of surge in the rates of airline tickets, travel expenses or hotel rates.
You can make your payment by credit card. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners. You have to provide your credit card details to complete the payment process, which would be displayed on the statement.
Once you have made the payment, you would receive a confirmation slip via email. You can print this slip and show it as evidence of payment to redeem the tour package. It is important to make sure that the information you provide related to your travel requirements are correct.
No refunds would be provided to those who do not turn up for the tour. The same condition applies to car-rental, sightseeing tours, unused ticket, etc. Similarly, rescheduling of confirmed tours and other travel related services is also not possible.
If you want to cancel any of the tours, you need to inform the same to us through writing. Once we receive your cancellation request, we would make the confirmation for the same through telephone, email or fax. We would also mention that the fee to be paid for the same. We are not in any way responsible for any cancellation if we have not received the request from you and also for the one that has not been confirmed by us.
Local/weather conditions, airway schedules, etc. can cause itinerary amendments. In such cases, we would provide you with similar alternatives, as per availability. We would inform you about the changes in itinerary before departure. Kindly note that Dhow Cruise Dubai has the right to make minor changes in the itinerary without providing any reimbursement. Moreover, in case of major incidents like earthquake and flood, no reimbursements would be granted.
If ccommodation in your preferred hotel is not available during your travel dates, we would try our best to find an alternative as per the same standards and budget. As for check-in and check-out policy, you have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel. Dhow Cruise Dubai is not responsible for check-in and check-out requests.
Travel insurance is not included in any of the packages and Dhow Cruise Dubai is not responsible of any kind of accidents, injury, illness, etc. that happen during the trip. You should get a travel insurance before you travel.
Travellers should ensure to carry relevant travel documents like passport or valid ID card while going for the tours. This should be specially taken care by people travelling from a foreign country. In case you are not able to go for the tour because you do not have the relevant documents, Dhow Cruise Dubai is not entitled to provide any reimbursement for the same.
It is also the responsibility of the tourists to check whether their respective consulate about current visa and health requirements as well as entry requisites while travelling to a particular company.
